What if it’s not for me?
You have a month to try it. If in that time you find it’s not for you, we’ll refund your money, whether you pay monthly or for the whole year.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Create your business, give it a name and a color, and your website is ready. You run everything from the panel, just like any app on your phone.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You start with an address on boxfed.com, and whenever you like you can connect the domain you already have. Your boxfed.com address always keeps working, in case your domain expires.
I have a hair salon and a bar too. How does that work?
You create two businesses, each with its own app and brand, and run them from the same account. For up to three businesses, the subscription is €3.49 a month (€3 a month if you pay yearly). If you run more, drop us a line and we’ll give you a quote.
Do my customers have to install anything?
No. Everything happens in the browser: they visit your website, or scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens straight away.
Can I change the colors and the logo?
Yes, from the panel, and you see the result instantly. If you don’t choose anything, your website uses the Boxfed colors.
